Laura is an award-winning film and theatre director. After completing a Master’s degree at RADA, she directed plays at the Tristan Bates, Bread & Roses and Rosemary Branch Theatre and RADA Festival, and has collaborated with several companies across London. Growing up in Germany before moving to the UK to study Art History and Film Studies at the University of Sussex, and fluent in five languages since childhood, Laura’s international identity informs her work. She has been playing the piano for two decades and often uses music as a tool of communication and facilitation in development, rehearsal and performance.
Laura is the co-founder and co-artistic director of Experimentorium. Her most recent theatre credit is The Enemies, which earned several four star reviews and her latest short film Fragments has won numerous awards and is currently in competition for international festivals. She has experience in devising, drama, opera, musical, classics, film, adaptation and new writing.
